MADISON, Wis.--University of Wisconsin-Whitewater's Michael Judd has been selected the recipient of the 2016 Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Max Sparger Men's Outdoor Track & Field Scholar-Athlete Award. The award is sponsored by Badgerland Financial.
