University of Wisconsin - Whitewater

A total of 15 students from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater were recognized last week by the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association at the organization's 2024 Student Forum at Lambeau Field in Green Bay.

Seven University of Wisconsin-Whitewater students claimed awards and three others served as presenters at the 2024 Wisconsin Speech Language Pathology and Audiology Association (WSHA) annual convention.

Colleen Tillis, a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater's school psychology program, has earned the 2023 Outstanding Capstone Award from the university's School of Graduate Studies.

Eight University of Wisconsin-Whitewater students were honored for their performance performances in competition at the 2023 Pi Sigma Epsilon North Central Regional Conference on Nov. 16-18 in Toledo, Ohio.

Ten students from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater were recognized last week as winners of the 2023-24 Outstanding Nontraditional Student Award.

Angie Carchesi has shown impressive versatility and talent in digital media during her time at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. In her three-plus years on campus, she has won four awards each from the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association and the Wisconsin Community Media for her TV and radio work. She recently added a national award to an already impressive list of accolades.

Four University of Wisconsin-Whitewater students participated in the 2023 Great Northwoods Sales Warm-Up competition on Oct. 12-14 in Eau Claire.

A total of 154 students at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater were admitted into the College of Education and Professional Studies' Professional Education program for the fall 2023 semester.

The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater recognizes its 2023-24 student tutors as certified by Campus Tutorial Services through the College Reading and Learning Association certification program.
