Tiffany Blaha receives scholarship from the UW-Whitewater College of Education and Professional Studies

Tiffany Blaha, from Racine, Wis., who is majoring in elementary education at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, has received a scholarship from the College of Education and Professional Studies.

"Student scholarships honor the past, acknowledge the present, and give hope to the future. Our scholarships continue to grow with the generous support from friends and alumni," said Katy Heyning, dean. "This year we gave more than $100,000 to over 120 students across the College of Education and Professional Studies."

Blaha was awarded the Alice Jane Sokol Scholarship and the Warren and Virginia Theune Endowed Scholarship.

Scholarship recipients were recognized for their academic achievements and community service and represent majors across all departments in the college.
