Thomas Gerszewski named a 2014-15 UW-Whitewater Launch Pad Scholar

Thomas Gerszewski, a junior entrepreneurship major from Crystal Lake, Ill., has been named a University of Wisconsin-Whitewater 2014-15 Launch Pad Scholar.

Launch Pad is a student startup accelerator that is exclusively available to UW-Whitewater students.

Launch Pad Scholars receive weekly training, coaching, roundtables, a stipend, independent study credit and external resources, including legal, accounting, marketing and more.

"Our mission is to educate, inspire and accelerate entrepreneurial growth for University of Wisconsin-Whitewater students," said Dave Gee, Launch Pad co-director.

The Launch Pad program is headquartered at the Innovation Center at Whitewater University Technology Park, a regional hub for business incubation.
