2017 Dec 18

Benjamin McFall, a native of Rewey, WI, graduate of Iowa-Grant High School and member of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater football team, was tabbed All-America by D3football.com for their performances during the 2017 season.

Junior defensive lineman Harry Henschler (Janesville, Wis./Craig) garnered third team accolades, while senior offensive lineman Ben McFall (Rewey, Wis./Iowa-Grant) earned honorable mention.

Both Henschler and McFall helped the Warhawks win their final six games of the season en route to a 7-3 record, including a 6-1 mark in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.

Henschler led the WIAC and ranks third in NCAA Division III with 14 sacks (1.40 per game) and is first in the conference and 21st in the nation with 17.5 tackles for loss (1.75 per game). The first team All-WIAC and All-West Region selection also finished with 41 tackles and recovered one fumble for the season.

Henschler was selected to D3football.com's National Team of the Week twice during the season.

McFall picks up his second All-America honor after being named second team Little All-America (Division III) by the Associated Press. He was named first team all-league and first team all-region after grading out with a team-best 94 out of a possible 100 during the season and allowing only three sacks.
