All 12 Warhawks helped the team finish the 2017 campaign with a 7-3 record, including a 6-1 mark in conference play to finish second in the league standings. UW-Whitewater closed the season with six straight wins, including three over nationally ranked opponents, and is currently ranked No. 23 in the nation by D3football.com.

Hudson finished with 27 receptions for 590 yards, good for an average of 21.9 yards per catch, and seven touchdowns (one rushing) in eight games this season.
