Menomonee Falls Native Robinson Part of UW-Whitewater Volleyball Conference Title

Brittany Robinson, a native of Menomonee Falls, WI, and graduate of Menomonee Falls High School, is a part of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater volleyball team, which claimed its 16th Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference regular season championship and third in the last six years with two wins last week.

The Warhawks (25-6 overall, 5-2 WIAC) downed the region's No. 1 team, UW-La Crosse, in three sets last Wednesday before traveling to defeat UW-Eau Claire in three sets Friday night to earn a share of the conference title with UW-La Crosse and UW-Oshkosh.

UW-Whitewater will be the top seed in this week's WIAC Tournament and host a semifinal Thursday at 7 p.m. against the winner of Tuesday's UW-Stevens Point/UW-Eau Claire match.

Robinson, a sophomore at UW-Whitewater, is majoring in business.
