Marta Burwell hired before graduating from UW-Whitewater

Marta Burwell from Metamora, Michigan, who studied business administration, was one of many University of Wisconsin-Whitewater students to land a job before winter commencement. Students accepted job offers from all over the state and nation. Others are moving on to prestigious graduate school programs.

Burwell was hired as a staff accountant in assurance services practice at Ernst & Young in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

In what has become a highly anticipated and celebrated tradition at the university, these students are invited to have their photos taken and posted to social media. Commencement is December 16, 2017.
