Kane Poad named to 2016-17 Whitewater Student Government Executive Board

Kane Poad, a sophomore general management major from Mineral Point, Wis., has been named to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Student Government Executive Board.

"Whitewater Student Government is the official voice of students at UW-Whitewater and their responsibility is to provide student opinion, input and approval. They are involved in external committees and are involved in the highest decision-making opportunities on campus," said Jan Bilgen, adviser.

Poad will serve as vice president.

Executive board members take office in July.
