Diana Rosales-Mitte Named Warhawk Ambassador

2012 Oct 18

Diana Rosales-Mitte, an international business major from Cuenca, Ecuador, has been named a 2012 Warhawk Ambassador at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

The Warhawk Ambassadors are a hand-selected group of motivated, involved students chosen by the chancellor to host at prestigious events and serve as representatives of the UW-Whitewater campus. These events include the Chancellor's Regional Literary Award dinner and book signing, the chancellor's holiday gathering, commencement (winter and spring), and the homecoming 50-year reunion.

Applicants must complete two rounds of interviews to become Warhawk Ambassadors. They are judged on their networking and conversational skills, knowledge of UW-Whitewater, and current events.

These students show both active campus involvement and successful academic work, said Rick Daniels, Career and Leadership Development adviser.
