Amanda Sengdetka named to UW-Whitewater Women's Wheelchair Basketball roster

Amanda Sengdetka, from Heavener, Okla., who is studying finance, has been named to the 2016-17 Women's Wheelchair Basketball team at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
The Warhawks are looking to work hard and achieve success this season alongside new head coach and five-time Paralympian Christina Schwab.
"I look forward to seeing their potential unfold," said Schwab. "They are building their confidence and I am hoping to see it blossom throughout the season. It will happen at the right moments."
This spring will mark the first time since 2009 that UW-Whitewater will be hosting the collegiate national championship. Teams from all over the country will be on campus competing for the national title. The tournament will take place March 9-12, 2017.
